Guests can either walk to the restaurant (1 hour) or take the Alp Languard chairlift. It is worth the effort as the restaurant is located on a magnificent panorama terrace. The menu includes mainly regional and Italian dishes.

Around 60 years after the last cheese disappeared from the Alp Nuova, the Sennerei Pontresina dairy is once again producing cheese in the traditional way on this idyllic Alpine pasture.
In summer, you can watch the traditional artisan craft of cheese-making at the Morteratsch Alpine show dairy and try the products on site at a brunch. Advance reservations for visits from early July to early October, from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
Homemade "glacier fondue" and raclette taste especially good in the cosy interior of the Alpine hut. There is adequate space for small groups. By prior arrangement only.

The Alpine pasture is located approx. 5 km from the centre of Pontresina village, 100 m before Morteratsch railway station.
Learn the secrets of Hauser confectionery. Discover the world of chocolate and sweets on a tour lasting almost an hour.
After a short introduction, a video on cocoa processing and the production of different types of chocolate is shown. The tour continues with a visit to the bakery kitchen where the products are manufactured, and you can taste the different chocolates and mixtures. Visitors are presented with small souvenirs.
Courses take place daily for groups of 8–15 persons. A small fee is charged per person.
