The sunny plateau of Crast'Ota is located above Pontresina, on the way to the lower Schafberg. In the past, patients were sent to Pontresina to recover from lung diseases and to benefit from the bracing climate. The sun terrace proved to be the ideal place to recuperate and gather strength again. Guests and locals still enjoy sunny winter days on the sun terrace at Crast'Ota.

Deck chairs and fleece rugs are provided free of charge by Pontresina Tourism. Panoramic views of the Roseg Valley are free as well!
