Utilisation rights for Pontresina picture material

Pictures made available by Pontresina Tourism may only be used for the purposes of tourism and/or in connection with Pontresina or the Engadin St. Moritz region.

• All sourced and published pictures of Pontresina must be identified by the by-line "Photo/copyright: name of photographer, place" and "Source: Pontresina Tourism".

• The photographs must not be modified.

• Use of pictures sourced from Pontresina Tourism for any other purpose is forbidden (in particular, for advertising, cover pictures of brochures, and for uses other than those described here), unless express prior permission has been granted. Use for advertising purposes is possible in principle but subject to a fee. Fees for pictures are agreed directly with the photographer concerned.

• Any misuse of pictures sourced from Pontresina Tourism will have consequences in accordance with article 61ff of the Copyright Legislation.
