The Museum Alpin is located in an old Engadine house, the Chesa Delnon, which is dated 1716 on the façade.
The foundation walls and parts of the furnishings are older. The Museum Alpin is a strikingly well-preserved 17th century farmhouse with valuable fixtures and panelling added later.
