ORIGEN Festival Cultural summer 2023 -

Everything has its time. The Red Tower on the Julier Pass will disappear in September. The wooden spatial installation with its Babylonian quotations will no longer characterize the pass. Physical existence gives way to memory, which has its own rules, which gilds, dresses up, and sometimes distorts some things. Memory does not have a closing time, the dream does not travel on time tracks. We live on in the dreams of others, even if we are long gone. Everything has its time.

Time" is reflected in all the programs of the summer. Nine dance performances revolve around the beauty of the moment, walk in dream stories, search for meaning in the change of time. The choral concerts tell of farewell and hope.

The open-air plays in Riom tell of the great fire that devastates an entire village and lifts past times onto the stage. The Gregorian chants accompany the perpetual cycle of the sun and speak of eternity.
