Church tour Sta. Maria Pontresina

The church of St. Maria is one of the most precious sacred buildings in the canton of Grisons. It contains precious medieval wall paintings with Byzantine-Romantic fragments of high quality from the 13th century and a narrative Lombard cycle from 1495.

By the way: To protect the frescoes, photographing is not permitted in the church.
