Regula Saner, psychologist and mindfulness, MBSR and MSC trainer, introduces basic mindfulness exercises and guides a meditation that allows participants to experience mindfulness directly.

  • Inspiration on self-care, health and Mind Body Medicine

Participation is free of charge. In case of bad weather, the session takes place in the yoga room of Hotel Maistra 160.
