And, many are available and serviced. There are the flow trails on Corviglia, for example, or an ‘Enduro’ Tour from the Piz Nair (at 3,057 metres)., The gondola lift in Celerina is quickly reached during a relaxed warm-up. The trails on the Bernina Pass are legendary. If riders prefer a more comfortable ride, they should take the Rhaetian Railway up and ride down the single trails into neighbouring valley of the Valposchiavo – 1,100 metres of pure riding skill. But, with an e-bike and on the uphill trail, the ascent from Pontresina is also to be recommended. Fragrant woodland, wild mountain torrents and imposing glacial views of the mountains can be anticipated. . At the top of the pass, riders can choose two routes, either along the railway line (the ‘Bernina Express Trail’) or along the pass road (the ‘Il Poschiavino Trail’). Both are unforgettable experiences. The latter is the recommended insider tip on busy days.

From the Ospizio Bernina, cycle down to Poschiavo on a mountain bike, enjoy the ride back to the Bernina Pass on the UNESCO World Heritage route with the Rhaetian Railway – and then continue at high speed on two wheels to Pontresina. Two descents, two train rides and a cycling experience squared – that's Top to Bottom 2.0.

Fairtrail means more than just sharing the trails – it is a philosophy based on respect, humanity and environmental awareness. We want everyone who uses the trails in Graubünden to take responsibility.

The Pontresina Pump Track is to be found next to the Pontresina Railway Station, between the Pontresina Sports Arena and the Rope Park.
