Running with a view of the Bernina Massif

While road joggers are constantly checking their stopwatches, time runs and pace are of secondary importance for trail running. This is particularly of benefit for beginners. Those, who find it difficult to progress, simply take a break and do not even have to feel guilty about that. Even top-class runners do not always complete difficult sections in the mountains. And, when they finally reach the summit, they do not just continue, but stop, rest and simply enjoy the surroundings.
