Pontresina Cultura

The municipal cultural commission, ‘Pontresina Cultura’ has set itself the assignment of providing venues for the rich cultural scene and also for staging its own exhibitions and events. Art and culture are to be a part of this, and convey authenticity, create identity and are important for life of the Town and the development of region around Pontresina, in general.

The Municipal Cultural Commission publishes a varied annual programme. The aim is to take into consideration of as many different cultural interests of the residents as possible. Exhibitions, events and programmes, which are also important beyond the local area (e.g. the Vias d'Art / Pontresina Art Trails), as well as the awarding of the Pontresina Municipal Culture Prize, are also intended to create fresh impetus.
