The Languard Family Ski Area

The Languard Family Ski Arena is located right in the centre of Pontresina. Here you can take ski and snowboard lessons, among other things. If you are already more experienced on skis or a snowboard, you can use the drag and disc lifts. Children up to 15 years of age ski for without payment.

Childrens' Languard Snowpark

An enjoyable Snow Park with freestyle elements awaits you on the south side of the ski lift. Here you can practise new tricks at your leisure or try out bold jumps. The offer includes an Elephant Box, a Fat Rail, a Flat Box and a Rainbow Box. The ski lift and restaurant are open daily from 16 December to 1 April from 09:30h to 16:00h.

Sabi's Big Dream

Take a break: put your skis, snowboard and sledge in the corner, and pick up the free booklet of «Sabi's Big Dream» from the Tourist Information Centre in Pontresina. There you will find lots of exciting information about the Glacier on the Hiking Trail (SchweizMobil Route 314). This will earn you an arrival passage mark to be transferred to your Pass. Once you have collected all the Mark, you will be rewarded with a surprise.

Sledging Fun Ibex-Paradise

Languard is a great meeting place for family groups in Pontresina. The varied offerings also include a Toboggan Run. Here you can slide down the slopes on your bobsleigh or wooden sledge to your heart's delight or hurtle down home-made jumps. Fun and red cheeks really guaranteed! The Languard Toboggan Run is open from mid-December to the end of March and is perfect for beginners. There are of course more demanding toboggan runs await on Muottas Muragl (for advanced toboggan fans) and in Preda (6 km distant).
