Atelier Segantini

Giovanni Segantini lived and worked here from 1894 until his death. During this time, he created the famous triptych, which can now be admired in the Segantini Museum in St. Moritz. The studio is a small-scale version of the unfinished Engadin pavilion for the World Exhibition in 1900, which was planned as a circular building 70 metres in diameter with a 220-metre-long depiction of the Bergell landscapes on the walls.
