White Church

The Chiesa Bianca was built in 1882 by the Belgian Count Camille de Renesse according to plans by the architect Jules Rauh. It is part of the ensemble of Maloja Palace, Schweizerhaus and Belvedere - all historicising buildings with which de Renesse wanted to design his Alpine resort. During the summer season, the former church now hosts exhibitions, concerts and festivals.
