The Grand Restaurant in Suvretta House breathes history. At the perfectly set tables, between beautifully carved columns and under the elaborately decorated coffered ceiling, the high art of serving is celebrated to perfection.
At the stove, head chef Fabrizio Zanetti celebrates his philosophy of market-fresh French cuisine with an international touch, for which GaultMillau awarded 16 points. The menu is as diverse as it is culinarily extravagant. The excellently prepared and lovingly plated gourmet creations are served in a festive setting for dinner between 7 pm and 9.30 pm.
