Since opening last winter, the successful upscale chain "Langosteria" from Milan has become a high-flyer in the St. Moritz ski resort. Its selection of raw and cooked fish, oysters, shellfish, and seafood in all shapes and sizes is a true El Dorado for fish lovers.

The lobsters and other seafood are delivered three times a week from Norway, Spain, and the Milan fish market. The restaurant's philosophy is to use the freshest, highest-quality raw ingredients possible. These are prepared à la minute, without long cooking times, and only after they have been ordered. Twenty chefs and over 30 service staff are on hand to ensure this. The beautifully designed restaurant, with its colorful Montgolfiers, impresses with its simplicity and freshness at its finest.
