"Le Lapin Bleu" is a classic restaurant in a cosy Engadine style. The market-fresh cuisine with many homemade dishes focuses on Italian and Swiss specialities. The Châteaubriand, the "Baden-Baden" saddle of venison, the homemade pasta, the beef tartare prepared at the table and the various cheese and meat fondues are particularly popular.
