Parkhotel Margna - Stüva 1817

Food Stüva Margna
For 200 years, people have enjoyed eating and drinking here in Sils-Baselgia, in the Josty-Stube dating back to 1817 – and that's how it should continue. Savor Grisons and South Tyrolean specialties in this historic Swiss pine room.
Classic and traditional, based on time-honored recipes passed down through generations, chef Manuel Telser prepares typical regional dishes. He also enjoys giving them a modern twist, subtly altering and complementing them with contemporary cuisine. He prioritizes products and producers from the region, ensuring that the Grisons and South Tyrolean roots are always evident. Purchasing and cooking are guided by the principles of the "Slow Food" movement, which champions quality and regionality, protects biodiversity, and maintains close relationships with small, local food producers.
In warm summer weather, lunch is served on the terrace.
