The freshest fish and seafood specialties, exquisitely prepared. Fish can be selected from the aquariums in the adjoining room. From the sheltered terrace, there is a magnificent view of Lake Sils and the surrounding mountains.
Until 1984, the Murtaröl guesthouse operated as a summer business (fishing season). Afterward, it expanded to a year-round operation and continued as a successful restaurant specializing in fish specialties.
With a view of Piz Corvatsch, fresh fish and shellfish are served, purchased daily in Milan at Europe's second-largest fish market.
