Take things easy, relax and inhale the fresh mountain air. This family-friendly, easy-going tour first takes you to the Ricola Herb Garden, at the entrance to the Roseg valley, and then into the Tais Forest.

You are sure to notice this garden, with its circular beds marked by stones, at the entrance to the Val Roseg. The Ricola Herb Garden is home to the 13 herbs used to make every Ricola herbal candy. The little information panels tell you about sage, alchemilla, mallow, yarrow and many others. It is said that nature is the best medicine and, true to this saying, for centuries man has used a wide range of plants to treat aches and pains, diseases and other ailments. The trail continues along a gently sloping path into Tais Forest. Often the melodious songs of many birds are accompanied by the sound of symphony orchestras, which regularly hold summer concerts here.
