From the village into the wilderness of the Bernina area. For those who wish, there is a connection to the snowshoe trail Morteratsch.

Along the "God dals Plauns", a mix of forest and open plain awaits you. Near Camping Morteratsch you will have to take off your snowshoes to cross the main road. From there, the trail takes you through the snow-covered forest directly to the Morteratsch car park or to its railway station.

This trail can be started from either side.
