The tour starts at the Resgia in Zuoz. On the Inn cycle path to S-chanf and on via Prasüras to Varusch. Shortly before the Varusch park hut, cross the bridge and ride up through the forest to Plaun God Ars, where the trail fun back to Zuoz begins. Via the Drosa Trail, which then joins the Bügls Trail, you reach the Arpiglia Trail. The trail zigzags uphill for almost 400 metres in altitude, requiring some technical skills. At the edge of the forest, you cross the Arpiglia river and reach the start of the Tagliöls Trail, which leads down to Zuoz. The Golf Trail marks the end of the Plaiv Trail Safari.
