From hut to hut by mountain bike. The highlights are the Bernina Express Trail, Chaschauna Trail, Albula Trail and the Olympia Flow Trail. But the huts are also fantastically situated and provide relaxation after the bike tour.

The hut tour Engadin can also be undertaken on an e-mountainbike.

The hut tour leads in four stages from Celerina over the Bernina Pass and with an overnight stay at the Alp Grüm viewpoint via the Forcola di Livigno to Italy. We cycle through the Valle di Federia up to the Chaschauna Pass and down to the Varusch park hut. Now we change sides of the valley and from La Punt up to the Albula Hospiz we reach the Chamanna d'Es-cha. The next day, we cycle back down into the valley and up to Alp Muntatsch near Samedan and on to Corviglia, where the Olympia Flow Trail forms the crowning finale.

The different huts:

Casa Alpina Belvedere: The guesthouse is an oasis, a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and at the same time the starting point for a voyage of discovery into the surrounding nature. Casa Belvedere is located above the Alp Grüm railway station. Each room has its own character as well as an individual view.

Albergo Ristorante Alp Grüm: After the indescribable play of colours of the sunset, peace and quiet return and only the sounds of nature can be heard. The Albergo Ristorante Lap Grüm is located directly at the Alp Grüm railway station. It's high time for a delicious dinner with the specialities of the house: Pizzoccheri and Cordon Bleu.

Parkhütte Varusch: The Parkhütte Varusch at the entrance to the national park spoils you with local specialities and on the terrace you can enjoy fantastic views and with a bit of luck you can spot ibex, roe deer, stags and chamois.

Chamanna d'Es-cha: The Es-cha hut looks like a balcony overlooking the Engadin. Behind it towers the Piz Kesch. The panorama is breathtaking and extends over the entire Bernina group. There is a 2% charge for payment by credit card.

It is essential to book the huts in advance!
